Receptionist / Administrator
Our client, based in an amazing location in Green Park current has a new opening for a Receptionist / Administrator to come in and provide a five star service.
You will be based on front of house and your duties will be as follows:
Meeting and greeting clients
Providing refreshments
Handling telephone calls, transferring and taking messages
Ordering office supplies
Keeping the reception area neat and tidy at all times
Booking travel and couriers as and when required
General admin duties – letters, emails, printing and binding documents, paying invoices
You will have least twelve months previous experience within a corporate environment
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Good IT skills and able to pick up systems and processes quickly
Discreet and tactful
Able to use your initiative
Highly organised and confident
