A world renowned Hedge Fund is looking for a career-minded Business Assistant to undertake a multi-faceted Business Assistant/EA role. This is truly a unique opportunity for a degree educated Business Assistant who can demonstrate that they have worked within a position and understand the demands of a business and private role (must have evidence of dealing high profile individuals, senior dignitaries, HNWIs and royalty).

To be successful in this Business Assistant role, you will have:

*Degree level education
*5 years' + PA / EA experience
*Exemplary co-ordinating talents including extensive diary management experience
*Exceptional calendar management
*Good typing, IT and MS Office skills
*High attention to detail
*Exacting, measured and diplomatic approach
*Understanding of the importance of total discretion and confidentiality
*CANDIDATES MUST HAVE SUPPORTED A HIGH PROFILE CEO WITHIN A BOUTIQUE ASSET MANAGEMENT FIRM

Key accountabilities within this Business Assistant position include:

*Diary management across multiple time zones
*Organising complex travel via private jet
*Managing, monitoring and drafting emails and correspondence
*Liaising with private household
*Research and writing basic briefing material
*Managing expenses
*Managing two other PA's who support the CEO
*Maintaining a contacts database
*Organising events
*Building strong relationship with the Chief of Staff
*Although this is a relatively traditional role it will involve high levels of administration.
