Polished Administrator - great temp role (Sloane Street SW1)
This is a two week temp role working in a boutique Private Equity company (7) based in lovely offices in Knightsbridge. Assisting with all Administrative duties within the office covering a member of staff on holiday. There is another office assistant in the company who will guide you plus one day handover.
Well spoken and presented with a good mix of skills from meet and greet, setting up meeting rooms, refreshment, fielding calls, messages, filing, scanning, shredding and general office administration. Occasional diary management or assisting with travel arrangements.
A big smile and a willing, helpful pair of hands is essential - handover day is Friday 1st June and 2 weeks following is the assignment. 1 - 2 years experience in an administration or reception role with admin duties is essential. Lovely temp role!
