Education Area Manager, £28-30k, North London and surrounding areas
With an exciting period of growth and new study centres opening up throughout London the UK, we are looking for ambitious Area Managers to support regional instructors and ensure successful growth of the business, retention of students and improving the company's brand awareness. This is an exciting permanent role with an immediate start.
Who will you be working for?

With the focus on a positive study environment and independent learning, this client works with every learner individually, tailoring study programs to suit the specific needs for each child, and thus making them one of the most recognised and prestigious place to study on a worldwide level.
What will you be doing?
As an Area Manager, you will work closely with the regional instructors to ensure that they deliver programmes and tutorial services in line with the company's ethos. Along with the instructors, you'll work collaboratively to devise effective strategies to ensure growth. Regional area visits to study centre sites, instructor training and monitoring student attendance and progress will be part of your responsibility as an Area Manager and you'll have the full support from head office staff to ensure that you are successful in your role.
About you?
This role requires someone with a passion for educating the younger generation and has practical academic experience. You need to have proven success in a commercial environment and have the ambition help achieve positive growth for the company. Experience of managing projects and monitoring performance will be key to this role. As a progressive organisation, someone who is able to 'think outside the box' and use their creativity to achieve their goals will be essential. Working with regional instructors means that the ability to build and develop strong relationships will help you achieve your goals.
You need to be degree educated or equivalent and have a full UK driving licence.

This is a full time position paying up to £28,000 p, depending on experience and rising up to £30k after a six- month probation.
