Executive Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join this luxury brand renowned for their services and reputation across the globe.

You will support a senior member of staff and will work closely with them on a day to day basis and become totally immersed in their work and their professional focus at work.

It is imperative that candidates have supported at a senior level or equivalent for a number of years and have had exposure to working within different industries (alternatively within different working cultures or environments in the same industry). This is to demonstrate that you are able to adapt to new processes, structures, etc.

The pace at which this business operates is extremely fast and it also essential that candidates can prove they have worked in an extremely fast-paced environment. 

Your role as Executive Assistant will include ownership and responsibility for your bosses’ diary and their schedule. You will also act a lynchpin between this person and all the departments within the business as well as external clients and stakeholders. 

This is a client facing role and candidates should feel comfortable liaising with extremely senior members of staff both internally and externally. 

As well as being a right-hand man or woman to this person, it will be very important that you are also able to work well with their direct reports and to work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure efficient and positive working relationships across the company.
