PA to Finance Director - Property Developer in London

The PA to Finance Director role is a varied position providing support to 4 other Directors. The position is extremely fast-paced and would suit a highly organised and proactive individual.

The PA to Finance Director role is working for a Property Development company based in the heart of London. The award-winning company are extremely well known within the industry for their success within recent years. They own around £3 billion worth of real estate within central London and rotate between 10-20% of properties every year.

Description

Key responsibilities for the PA to Finance Director role include:

- Extensive diary management for the FD and 4 other Directors

- Acting as an ambassador for the department - keeping up to date with current projects

- Inbox management

- Arranging international travel including flights, visas, transfers and accommodation

- Frequently preparing reports for Board and Board Committee meetings - collating, uploading, binding and distributing

- Preparing the Finance Management Information Pack on a monthly basis

- Proof reading a range of documents for accuracy

- Assisting with making payments through the system

- Coordinating all arrangements for investor roadshows and events

- Assisting with personal duties on an ad-hoc basis

- Acting as a gatekeeper and screening telephone calls

- Dealing with incoming mail

- Preparing expenses and invoices for the team

Profile

The successful candidate will be/will have:

- At least 5 years experience supporting in a PA role

- Commercial organisational experience

- Experience within Financial Services or Property is preferred

- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong communicator, both written and verbal

- Extremely proactive and used to working in fast-paced environment

- Resilient nature with the ability to remain calm

- Confident across the MS Office Suite
