Receptionist - Temporary

Our client, an exciting and well known publishing agency, are looking for a confident and switched on Receptionist to support their office for a week in June. 

In this role, you will be completing traditional duties including; meeting and greeting all guests, managing vendor relationships, arranging a complex meeting scheduling for all meeting rooms, dealing all enquiries on email and telephone and overseeing the smooth running of the office. 

You will be highly organised, with exceptional communication skills and used to working in a fast paced environment, you will be calm, professional and require minimal guidance. Ideally you will have worked as a receptionist within the creative industry previously and as a company representative an understanding of the industry is essential.
