An insurance firm based in the City are looking to hire an additional Receptionist to join the team due to expansion within the business.

This role requires you to be able to work independently. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting of clients, managing a busy reception and directing telephone calls to the appropriate team, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, booking and preparing meeting rooms and assisting with ad hoc admin duties like booking international travel and expenses.

Skills and experience required:
  • Previous demonstrable reception/administration experience within a corporate environment
  • Confident, articulate communication skills with the desire to help in any way possible.
