Marketing & New Business Manager – Consumer PR!

Our Client is a full service Consumer PR Agency in the heart of London’s Old Street area with an award winning client list and dynamic exciting culture.

We are looking for an established Marketing & New Business Manager to report directly to the CEO and have the opportunity to drive the agency’s marketing, internal communications and new business strategies, creating and implementing marketing and prospecting campaigns.

Your role will be split broadly in 3 ways. Firstly you will concentrate on the development and delivery of strategic content –led marketing. You will oversee the overall brand management, oversee the editorial output of the agency including blogs, email marketing, thought leadership, podcasts and video. You’ll oversee the management of social channels and the agency website, organise event, deliver on stunts and other creative marketing activity and develop case studies. Secondly you will own and manage the overall new business process, generate opportunities with prospects in line with the agency’s growth plans, track new business activity, manage the pitch process and assist with pitch delivery. Thirdly you will oversee internal communications, sharing the agency’s marketing initiatives, campaigns and successes, deliver content for the weekly team newsletter and deliver content for agency meetings, events and social activities.

You have a minimum of 3 years Marketing experience within an Agency environment and are a highly motivated high energy marketer with their finger on the pulse in the agency world. You may currently work for a large corporate player and tired of lengthy process and bureaucracy  wanting to cut your teeth in a flexible, creative, collaborative smaller agency.
