EA to CEO - Creative Agency

The role itself is a big one – you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the CEO’s life, handling everything from a Tetris style diary, to managing junior PA’s. You will handle complex, international travel, organise events and away days, help with presentations and more! You will be a second brain, always staying 3 steps ahead and keeping a cool head at all times!

This meaty role requires extensive EA experience from within an agency, ideally ads/media. You will be proactive, incredibly organised and efficient and a born relationship builder. You will be the eyes and ears within the agency and exercise discretion and tact in all things you do. You will be a master at managing clashes, subtly gatekeeping in a positive way and generally problem solving! You must be swanlike in your approach and able to show confidence, flexibility and positivity. You should also be strong and able to manage others in a positive way.

This is a really great, very busy role in which you will be heavily relied upon, so you must be willing and flexible with a great sense of humour!
