A lovely entry level role has arisen within this successful insurance brokers based in Mayfair. Based in beautiful offices close to Green Park tube, hours of work 9.30-5.30 Monday to Friday.

You will be assisting the team with all the general administration and will get the opportunity to learn about the insurance industry with possible opportunity in the future for progression.

Duties include

Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

Answering calls and taking messages

Greeting visitors

Booking couriers and taxi's

Filing, photocopying and scanning

Some data entry on excel

Booking meeting rooms and making sure they are set up and refreshments organised

Checking and responding to emails.

Running errands

Candidates need to helpful, flexible and hard working with a nice sense of humour.

After a successful 3 month probation period salary will increase to £17,000.

The ideal candidate will have some office experience.
