This role requires a specific Executive Assistant, one that has resilience and patience and is also highly adaptable to the bustling environment. This is a very rewarding industry to work in.

Your role

This role requires you, as an EA, to be able to jump straight in to this dynamic office space. Dealing mainly with the Surgeon across two locations, you will be highly organised and one step ahead of the Surgeon at all times, keeping them in check and on track. However due to their heavy schedule you will need to be understanding, malleable and patient. This job requires you, as the Surgeon's EA, to be able to work autonomously. Being trustworthy is a must!

Daily activities

• Complex diary management
• Document management
• Take minutes
• Office support
• Support the Surgeon

Your skills & expertise

• Availability for the entire assessment
• Experience in a similar background
• Medical knowledge preferred
• Strong IT skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
