Quality Systems Administrator

This role is based in Hurley

Quality System Administrator will help to enforce quality assurance systems by ensuring that product quality documentation is processed consistently in order to ensure compliance withegulatory Authority expectations.

In addition, the Quality Systems Administrator will be one of the main points of contact for the investigation and resolution of documentation issues, training queries discovered or originating in the Country Office and for interacting with the relevant local stakeholders (such as Regulatory Affairs, Medical).

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Upload documents into document management system and SCMQO SOP SharePoint portal
• Monitoring and prompt action of the SOP submission requests sent via the Document upload request portal
• Provide support for procedural queries
• Proof read procedures
• Manage global training curriculums, adding and deleting colleagues as needed
• Upload and assign learning activities
• Generate training metrics
• Create training videos, slide decks and assessments using applicable software - Go Animate and Articulate.
• Post announcements in the Intranet site.
• Assist with revamp of intranet site
• Ensure all SCMQO Contact lists are updated in a timely manner
• Maintain SCMQO SharePoint
