Team Assistant - high end boutique

Highly prestigious private equity company at the very top of their game is currently looking for the crème de la crème of a Team Assistant (based on Reception only on days when clients are in) to start in July for a 12 month maternity cover. 

Working in their upmarket offices in Mayfair, you will offer a comprehensive Team Assistant & PA service to the wider team of 20, including demanding Partners. There is another absolutely lovely PA / Office Manager there and you will work closely together in this boutique office. This is very much an all round muck in Team PA / Team Assistant role 

Personality wise you will be down to earth, warm, professional, charming, caring and eager to muck in at any level required. This Team PA / EA will look immaculate, and sound articulate and welcoming:

• Complex and changeable diary and travel for super-busy and exacting Partners
• General admin support to the team including reports, board packs, PowerPoint presentations, database upkeep, filing, research, invoices etc.
• Exceptional gatekeeping and reception skills
• Some office management including H&S, ordering supplies, stocking fridge
• Meeting and greeting and all hospitality for meetings
• Helping with events

The successful Team PA / PA to Partners / Receptionist will have:

• Solid experience as Receptionist/Administrator or PA / Personal Assistant
• Happy to provide first class Reception service all day as well as PA support to team
• Absolutely immaculate personal presentation and demeanor
• Positive, helpful and down to earth attitude
• Ideally a degree (or equiv.)
• Ideally boutique finance or private equity experience
