Personal Assistant
I have just taken on an amazing new personal assistant role to work for a prestigious art gallery in the heart of the West End.
They are looking for someone to join their small, professional and approachable team of 10 to join them as a personal assistant, supporting one of the directors with diary and travel as well as meeting and greeting all visitors.
The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, polished, have solid experience as a receptionist/PA, and have a warm and welcoming manner.
You will be answering all incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients (usually UHNWI), diary management, booking travel, expenses, being involved with exhibitions, booking restaurants and more!
Great benefits including 20days holiday, hours are 10-6pm, health scheme, and paying up to £35k with a discretionary bonus with the opportunity to attend exhibitions.
