We are working with a leading Managed Services provider to the Public Sector to recruit a Business Assistant to CEO.

This is a key role for the organisation and you will work closely with the impressive but down to earth CEO and Founder based in their newly refurbished head offices within a picturesque setting in Weybridge, Surrey.
You will be joining a fast-growing team with a huge workload so will need to be proactive and highly organised, capable of taking charge to revolutionise the CEO’s way of working to enable him to be more productive.
The CEO is extremely passionate yet will take the time for a morning catch up with you every day, whether in the office over a coffee or via a phone call if he is travelling. This time with the CEO will ensure you maintain open lines of communication to support delivery of the highest quality to clients and all stakeholders.
Your duties will be extremely varied but incorporate approximately 40% EA/OM duties and 60% Business Administration tasks.
Full training will be given but candidates must be detail oriented, have the intelligence to ask the right questions and to query any ambiguity as well as advanced Microsoft Office skills.
For the crucial PA/Business Assistant aspect of the role you will need to be a natural organiser as you will need to manage your own time and workload as well as that of the CEO.
The key competencies required for this role include; An excellent memory, unwavering discretion and confidentiality, a passion for quality outputs, the ability to work under pressure, demonstrable intelligence and the confidence to ask questions in order to facilitate the best outcomes.
Location is key for this role and if you are within easy driving distance there is on-site parking and if you don’t drive or public transport works better the offices are served by several nearby stations.
