Supporter Care Advisor

Our client is on the lookout for a Supporter Care Advisor to join their team for an immediate start. If you have a passion for working within the not for profit sector then this is a great opportunity to progress on your skills of delivering excellent service to this charities supporters. You MUST have a valid DBS certificate due to the nature of the organisation and their mission of helping children and vulnerable adults.

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a leading global charity with an international presence engaging in aid relief and emergency support to children and vulnerable adults. This is an organisation dedicated to helping those in need in all corners of the world. As this organisation is involved with various campaigns and fundraising projects, this means that your time at this company will be both challenging and rewarding. Based in the heart of London Farringdon, the location offers a great opportunity to explore various restaurants and bars.

What will you be doing?

In this role you will deliver outstanding service to the charities supporter's in a proactive and reactive manner. You will ensure that supporter's expectations are always met and that they continue to actively contribute to the charity by donating, volunteering and raising money.

The role is varied and exciting and will involve answering a wide range of enquiries about fundraising and our organisation.

  • An effective communicator, both orally and in writing.
  • An understanding of how supporter care or CRM contributes to the profitability of customers or supporters.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for offering support.
  • A team player who goes the extra mile to service supporter needs.
  • A problem solver.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • An ability to build and maintain working relationships.
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player.
