Administrator with good secretarial skills and an excellent eye for detail needed for varied, responsible role within highly interesting Business Membership Body.

In this role, working to the CEO’s EA, your skills will be used to the full. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing Administration and Secretarial support within the CEO’s office
  • Supporting Board level meetings with attendee lists, labels, name badges
  • Formatting papers for Board Committee meetings
  • Diary Management
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Support events with registration – meet and greet

You will have Admin experience with Secretarial skills, plus experience preparing Board Papers. This could have been gained in Professional Memebrship Bodies, Public Sector, Charities or general Business. You will be confident with a positive approach.

This is a temp booking for a few weeks with a view to becoming a fixed term contract till June 2019.
