PA mat cover role - Corporate PR Company

A Global PR agency are looking for a bright and conscientious PA to join their buzzy central London office in a full PA/EA role on a fixed term contract. This role will support 2 Senior Directors so a level of experience is required and you will be heavily relied on! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to progress their skills within a globally recognised agency. On a daily basis, your time will be equally split between the Senior Directors. The role will involve extensive admin support, close liaison and work with the Finance team, PowerPoint presentations, minute taking, assisting HR with new starters, extensive diary management, booking meetings, travel co-ordination, organisation of company socials and expenses and much more! You will be a central POC within the office so a helpful nature is essential!

This centrally located, PR agency are looking for someone proactive with excellent attention to detail; you must also be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) and must have strong experience from within a similar creative agency.
