PA FOR ART GALLERY

We have a brilliant role available for a polished, art loving and cultured PA to assist a well known firm of fine art dealers. This is a great opportunity for a PA to settle long-term into a role they will grow to love which will offer a fantastic working environment a 10.00 am start and varied job role.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting as necessary HNW clients.
• Providing support to the company directors, managing email, mail correspondence,
• Invoicing and filing, as well as diary management and travel arrangements. 
• Proficient in and responsible for gallery social media profile.
• Coordinating shipment of works nationally and internationally. 
• Assisting the company accountant, in particular processing staff expenses. 

The successful candidate will have

• First class PA skills + 3 years experience
• Experience at working withing the art world 
• Brilliant admin skills including typing
• Competent at prioritising the right tasks
• Social media management
• Well presented, client facing
• Another language would be very beneficial
