Junior Private PA to UHNW Couple - (3 month contract)

Junior Private PA (Hampstead) 3 month contract +

This is a fantastic opportunity to support a lovely people (2 executives/ philanthropists and their 2 young children) in their stunning 7 bedroom home in Hampstead taking on day to day tasks and errands. 

You will be working alongside a very charming and friendly house manger helping offload workload so that they are able to fully focus on the important priorities and demands of household.

The ideal candidate will have some experience working at HNW level or in a busy household and be easily  able to anticipate the needs of both the Principals and house manager. The family are undergoing huge renovation work on their properties so someone with some experience with renovation or landscaping would be preferable.

You will need to be able to juggle workloads and tasks quickly and efficiently and be child friendly with positive 'can do' attitude. Proficient in Mac / Apple - confident working with dropbox and Google Drive is a must. You will need to be proactive and able to turn your hand easily and readily to many things such as diary management, booking travel, managing invoices and household bills, updating spreadsheets, liaising with the house manager and household staff to ensure smooth running of house on a day to day level, sourcing contractors, booking appointments etc.

Working in one of the most beautiful areas  and roads in London the working hours are 08:30 - 17:00pm Monday to Friday. Short term contract (initially 3 months, possibly longer). Start ASAP!
