Junior PA to the Founder and her Travelling EA - Beauty Industry - Dusseldorf

A wonderful opportunity to join the core team of a hugely successful and growing young company in the beauty industry.  This is an important position supporting the Founder and her Travelling EA who have incredibly busy schedules, constantly working in different time zones.  An administrative role requiring exceptional attention to detail, the position also requires liaison with VVIP clients requiring courtesy and confidentiality.  This is a fantastic company with a great record of career progression for its staff.

Hours:                  Full time

Location:              Dusseldorf

Salary:                  DOE

Start Date:            ASAP

Interviewing:        ASAP

Languages:          German beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Client database management

• Managing extensive client database, receiving information from several different team members in different formats (emails, WhatsApp messages, voice notes)

Client relationship management

• Liaising with notable clients on email and WhatsApp, following up on their placed orders / gifts to ensure all well received and answer any questions they may have
• Needs to be charming, reactive and proactive with this

Travel assistance

• Extensive travel booking: flights (multi-city), hotels, cars

Project development

• Assisting to oversee development of special projects – alongside Dusseldorf team
• Some support with expenses
• Assisting with setting up conference calls

Candidates must be / have:

• Great communicator, perfect English and German would be beneficial but not essential
• Excel proficient
• Able to assimilate a lot of information from a variety of sources
• Organised and efficient
• Willing to be flexible with hours
• Not afraid to ask questions
