Private Executive Assistant - Design (Qatar/ Travelling)

We are looking or an extremely organised and precise Executive Assistant for a very exciting opportunity in Qatar. This role will be supporting a very high profile Design Director and this person will be travelling with the Director to places like Paris, Rome and Milan on a frequent basis. We are looking for a very Experienced EA with a creative design background. This can be anything from fashion design, visual merchandising through to advertising or interior decoration. This is an extremely varied and exciting opportunity and the successful candidate will be helping the Design Director with multiple projects ranging from Sourcing products for shops though to design menus for restaurants. We want to find someone passionate about creatively with a good balance of solid Executive Assistant experience. This Executive assistant will need to act as the Directors first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization. They will be organising their diary and arranging complex travel itinerary’s for themselves and the Director.

This role will require travelling to Europe over the school holidays for extended periods of time. It will be split 50/50 between Private PA work and Corporate. We are ideally looking for someone who has worked as a Private PA in the past.

Speaking an additional European language would be hugely beneficial to this role. We are looking for someone with a degree qualification but this can be waived in exceptional cases.
