A leading integrated PR & Communications agency is looking for a Junior Community Manager to join their growing and dynamic team, based in their London HQ.
The role is perfect for a tech-savvy professional looking for their next role in a busy agency environment, driving social media communications and campaigns for an exciting portfolio of big brand consumer clients.
You will be experienced in consumer engagement and very comfortable working across social media channels, pushing content out creatively and using strategic planning. If you have content creation skills, this would be ideal but it is not essential.
The ideal candidate for this new position has exceptional communication skills, both written and vernal and is able to develop engaging and innovative content. You will be a true ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our clients’ communities.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of clients’ brands on social media and manage all community communications.

Daily Responsibilities
• Development of social media content for a variety of Consumer brands
• Creation of engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts, with relevant formatting for specific channel use
• Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Monitoring broader social media conversations and reacting as necessary
• Co-ordinating with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency (in terms of content, tone of voice, visuals, etc)
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, influencers, industry professionals, stakeholders and journalists
• Planning, set-up, management and evaluation of paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
• Stay up-to-date with digital and social media trends
Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience as a community manager
• Strong experience in creation of visual assets for social media
• Proven experience in setting up and running paid social advertising campaigns across Facebook,Instagram and Twitter
• Ability to identify and track relevant social media metrics (e.g. Facebook Insights, Google Analytics)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Hands on experience with social media management for brands
• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
