We are working with a few well-established Facilities Management companies who are looking to expand their administration side of their onsite teams at multiple locations based within Central / South East London.

The average day to day duties will be:

  • Answering and directing all incoming calls to the Facilities team, ensuring all activities are managed in a professional manner.
  • To process all purchase orders and invoices as directed by manager
  • To maintain the FM Helpdesk inbox, reacting to all incoming reactive works logged
  • Supporting the Facilities Manager with the administration & delivery of departmental objectives
  • To process all purchase orders and invoices as directed by manager
  • Issue and close both planned and reactive maintenance visits
  • Supporting the Facilities Manager with the administration & delivery of departmental objectives
  • Amending tasks on the CAFM system where and when required including creation of new assets and frequencies
  • Raising Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks
  • Produce statistical reports on a weekly and monthly basis
    Processing and passing for payment all supplier and sub-contractor invoices and dealing with any queries.

Skills/ Requirements

  • Immediately available
  • Previous experience of using CAFAM systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good understanding of MS word packages and Outlook
  • Professional / punctual

Hours

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Salary

£10 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience
