My client, a friendly, hardworking and established Recruitment Consultancy, based in the City are seeking a HR & Recruitment Manager to join their team.
In this position you will have the opportunity to work very closely 1:1 with the HR Manager, leading and developing the HR and Internal Recruitment functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Internal Recruitment
*Internal Recruitment for UK, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland locations, Singapore and Australia.
*Regular contact with Rec 2 Recs including interviewing candidates.
*Coaching/ monitoring Internal Recruitment team.
*Targeted Headhunting on Senior Positions.
*Internal Recruitment team is currently delivering 50+ hires per year.
HR Management
*Daily management of all HR Function relating to 100 + employees across UK, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland locations, Singapore and Australia.
*Analysis of sales activities / monitoring performance.
*HR related admin tasks and ad hoc projects, including generation of employee contracts, absence management etc.
*Liaison with all global offices on various HR related matters.
*Producing HR related reports and documents for the CEO and Operations Director.
Learning and Development
*Identify training and development needs for our sales and resourcing teams.
*Creation and delivery of a strategic plan for training and development.
*Induction and on-boarding of new employees
*Deliver training for both new and existing employees.
*Working closely with Senior Management to create a strategy for the retention and development of high performers.
Candidate specification
*5-10 year's experience within Internal Recruitment & HR
*Recruitment industry experience
*CIPD desirable
*Experience working within the European Markets
