Executive Search

Our client, a global Executive Search company, is looking for driven Graduates with career ambition to come on board and join their team.  This role is within the Recruitment team, reporting into the Principal Recruitment Consultant.   You will help assist the business to identify, source, select and recruit top candidates for Clients, and help individuals find appropriate career opportunities. 

We are looking for bright individuals who are born communicators - able to get the message across effectively and efficiently.  We are looking for a commercial animal who is able to see opportunity and build networks.   You can do the detail, understand the value of research and the importance of accuracy and be able to help manage projects so the team deliver on time and on point.    

Previous experience within a sales / recruitment environment would be an advantage but not essential – it is really about the right attitude and work ethic!
