A leading international investment bank is looking for two EA's to join the team for 2 maternity cover roles, either for 9 or 12 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management including arranging both internal and external meetings
  • Interacting with assistants including coordinating conference calls with international offices and managing different time zones
  • Assisting senior staff members who visit the London office
  • Inbox management
  • Assisting with event planning for both internal and external functions
  • Booking business travel and accommodation, visas, meeting rooms, conference calls and restaurants
  • Answering calls
  • Compiling out-of-pocket expenses and completing expense claims
  • Printing, binding, scanning and gathering meeting materials

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years EA experience
  • Proactive approach with the ability to fully understand the nature of the business and prioritise within the team
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with various personality types
