HR Advisor at City Law Firm

Our client is a highly regarded mid-sized law firm in the City and they are looking for a confident and experienced HR Advisor/HR Officer to join them ASAP on a temporary basis for the next 6-8 weeks – but could be ongoing and there is a chance of a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

The role will need you to be able to hit the ground running, so ideally you will have had experience working at HR Advisor or HR Officer level within a law firm.

This is a full generalist role covering recruitment, ER and general operational duties while supporting the Head of HR and being the main point of call for HR queries from the stakeholders of the firm.

Ideal candidates will be CIPD qualified, have 5 years+ experience in HR role in a commercial environment including some time spent within a law firm.

The role is immediately available (maximum of one weeks’ notice) and likely to go on for at least 6 weeks, but could be longer.
