What will I be doing day to day?

• Managing back office functions and service processes
• Prioritising, monitoring and managing inventory levels
• Point of contact for operations/logistics queries for customers
• Improving customer service procedures

What is the company looking for?

The ideal candidate will have had two year's experience in a sales co-ordinator/sales operations role within a tech organisation. They will have had experience with managing international shipping, order management and CRM systems. Strong customer service skills, organisation, resilience and problem solving skills are essential and advanced excel skills and an academic degre would be highly advantageous.
