I am working with a wonderful international investment firm who have a boutique office based in the heart of the West End. They are looking for an exceptional senior EA to come onboard and support a new Head of Department who will be primarily based in London but travelling extensively.
This is a 1:1 position and it is essential that you have experience supporting at senior level on a 1:1 basis, have worked on a global scale and are used to working across varying time zones. They all speak French and English and it is a pre-requisite that this person is a bi-lingual French speaker and you must be degree educated. Ideally you'll have experience of working in the financial services industry and be looking for a job which offers stability and where can you can work for a number of years.
This is a great team. They are dynamic, work very hard and are right at the top of what they do. So they need someone extremely experienced who can look after the following:
- 1:1 diary management for the HoD
- Organise extensive global travel, multi-stop, itineraries and visas
- Prepare client facing documents
- Process expenses
- Prepare and participate in certain committees and meetings
These are just some of the tasks. In short, they are an expanding team and this is a highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced EA who has a flexible and collaborative attitude.
