Customer Care Consultant is required for an Insurance company in Romford £18500 per annum

A well established Insurance company in the Romford area require a Customer Care Consultant to join their busy team.

Your new role
Your new job will be to handle inbound calls, dealing with customer queries, produce policy quotes, whilst adhering to FCA regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused individual looking to work within a great company.

What you'll need to succeed
For your new job you will need previous experience in a similar role, be customer focused, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will also need to have experience dealing with customer complaints both verbal and written.
You will need to be flexible to hours you can work as this will be a shift pattern over seven days.
