Recruitment Assistant in Watford

Are you an experienced recruitment assistant?

Do you have an interest in L&D?

This is a great opportunity for a top class recruitment assistant to take on a key role within a global organisation.

The role requires a high degree of pro-activity, strong organisational skills and discretion. The successful candidate will be expected to network with their teams and build links with the HR, Resourcing and Finance teams.

Duties

  • Internal Communications
  • Arrange Talent Review and Year end meetings as required, prepares materials, captures and follows up on output.
  • Setting up training events. Monitor cancellation rates and costs.
  • Track recruitment activity and oversee on-boarding
  • Project manage moves that affect your area.
  • Manage any local events and team meetings
  • Main communicator between the Resourcing team and L&D team.

Finance

  • Track and monitor key financial KPIs
  • Oversee completion of timesheets
  • Provides finance analysis and support as required
  • Strong Excel skills including experience of formulas, pivot tables and v-look ups
