We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to work in a wonderful school in South West London. The position is to be temporary initially, before ideally being confirmed as permanent. As the HR Officer you will provide an excellent level of HR support in the day to day organisation of the school.
As the HR Officer you will play an integral part in maintaining the culture of the school, with the ability to support and influence children as they learn and grow in a caring educational environment, which will be both rewarding for you, the families and most importantly, the children that you assist day to day. In this role you will be dealing with a wide range of complex HR matters related to organising school trips/events, general HR policies and procedures and updating all student and staff records. You will also help with recruitment, supervision, training and development of staff. The school are looking for someone who contributes the overall culture, ethos and aims of the school. You will need to be aware of and support difference and ensure that everyone at the school has equal opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a recent clear DBS and previous experience in an educational setting is highly desirable. Please get in touch if you feel like you have relevant experience and would like to work in a role that will give you great self fulfilment.
