Job Title: Recruitment Assistant
Location: Central London
Salary: £25,000 + Excellent Benefits
Prestigious US law firm are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to assist their Recruitment Manager and support a busy team focussing on the recruitment of fee earners and graduates / trainees. This is a fantastic entry level administrative role to get your foot in a leading international law firm. A selection of duties are listed below:
- Schedule meetings and interviews. Reserve meeting rooms, book refreshments, liaise with secretaries to diarise meetings with Interviewers, liaise with Recruiters
- Distribute final interview schedule emails one day prior to the scheduled meetings
- For each candidate interviewed, collect comments from Interviewers and maintain comments sheets on a timely and regular basis
- Organise local and international travel for Partner candidates
- Update employment vacancies for all non-US offices
- Track and follow up on all On-boarding documentation for new hires including conflict checks and obtaining certificates.
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to organise new hire photos for new Partners and Associates.
- Preparation of delegate packs, name badges etc.
- Restaurant and social event bookings, liaising with in-house catering team.
This is an entry level role for a graduate who is looking for an administrator / recruiting assistant position and someone who is genuinely looking to build a career in recruitment/HR. If you have a couple of months’ administrative experience that would be beneficial but not essential but you must be positive, have exceptional communication skills and a dynamic and proactive attitude.
