Our Client, a London-based Luxury Goods company, is looking for a HR Assistant to support the HR team in all areas of HR to improve overall business performance. You will provide administrative support across the function and work on ad hoc projects as and when required. You will be working closely with the team and management on all employee lifecycle activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Starter/leaver administration/references/starter letters/informing managers of probationary review dates and following up with HR Team where required
  • Updating and maintaining the HR Information System as required and maintaining physical and electronic personnel files
  • Raise POs, set up vendor profiles, and company credit card administration
  • Administration of health and safety system
  • Updating HR intranet, policy manuals, handbooks and noticeboards
  • Dealing with first line general enquiries.
  • Administration of sick/absence levels and assisting with leave administration and flexible working.
  • Managing induction process for new starters and ensuring leaver checklist is complete
  • PA and administrative support to the HR team

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with the ability to prioritise. You will have excellent organisational, time management and communication skills. It is key that you are able to work confidentially and with discretion. You must be computer literate and able to learn new systems.
