Facilities Assistant - Top Media Agency

This top media agency is looking for a Facilities Assistant to join their busy team, working on a rolling 3 month contract.  The overall responsibility is to provide pro-active and efficient facilities services across the mail room, printer areas, store rooms and the general office. 

Other responsibilities include :

·         Key Fire Marshall

·         Key First Aider

·         DSE and Manual Handling trained

·         General Health & Safety knowledge

Based in central London in impressive and stylish offices.

Monday – Friday, some weekend work required. 

This will suit somebody with strong communication / interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail who enjoys a varied hands-on role.  Facilities / despatch experience required, ideally in a media or creative company.

Must be available for an immediate start.
