Head of Management Services - Reputable International Funds Centre- £50K!! 6 month contract!

KMK are extremely excited to be working with an International Funds Centre with over thirty years experience in the financial services market.

The company’s main business activity is a fund desk platform which you will have a vital role in supporting. As Head of Management Services you will be accountable for handling Fund Desk Administration including production of the Newsflash, maintenance of client mailing listings and upkeep of fund provider contract documentation.

You will also provide administrative support to the Fund Desk Marketing team which will include  the production of brochures, customer documents/hand-outs. A small element of this role will involve PA duties such as taking minutes, collecting papers, and all secretarial functions for Management.

The changing environment requires creative thinking and the ability to ensure that targets set are monitored and deadlines achieved.  The ability to work with the latest technologies is also an important part of the process with the need to be highly literate with the latest desktop applications.

This is a 6 month maternity contract offering £50K!
