Are you striving for a fresh new challenge? KMK are working with a fantastic Private Equity firm who is seeking an Office Manager/Receptionist to join their company.
This is a highly multifaceted role for an individual who is comfortable working on reception but also wants to take on more office management duties. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests, answering telephone enquiries, coordinating meeting rooms, handling office orders and ensuring stationary is stocked.
Along with this you will be responsible for managing contracts for office supplies, liaising with the building management team and assisting with all compliance processes so it is pivotal you are highly organised and work efficiently under time constraints.
