The Role 

The role will be to support the senior leadership team of Legends International in developing Legends’ market position in Europe and in other select international markets. Critical elements will include working with the senior team in London and liaising with head office functions in North America.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that we are aware of market opportunities across industry sectors and across all Legends lines of business.
  • Production of marketing materials and proposals
  • Support the senior team in critical business development function
  • Collaborate with internal Legends corporate departments (Marketing/Creative, IT, HR, Legal, Finance, etc.), while serving as a central communication stakeholder for Legends International.
  • Support HR and Talent Recruitment on Legends International projects and initiatives while helping to develop the culture, talent and the on-boarding experience for new Legends employees.
  • Create and execute processes and best practices that improve office efficiency while maintaining a positive and innovative office culture.

 

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Opportunity Management 
    • Managing central CRM system of clients and potential clients in Europe
    • Responsible for inputting all information/data ‘owned’ and gathered by senior team
    • Assist senior team in producing proposals and presentations for new business opportunities
    • Attending internal coordination meetings
    • Produce reports and supporting information to help ensure internal coordination
    • Monitor news, social media etc. for developments in all relevant markets;
    • Ad-hoc investigation into potential clients
    • Web-based research
    • Liaison with data analytics team on data that supports opportunity development
  • Marketing support
    • Legends’ event planning and hosting for key existing and potential clients;
    • Develop marketing to showcase Legends in the relevant business areas;
    • Coordinating company presence at external events e.g. at networking events, conferences and exhibitions to enhance and strengthen the company’s profile and optimize all business development opportunities.
  • Office administration support
    • Travel Booking and coordination
    • Managing guests and meeting room
    • “Hub” management and functioning
    • Liaising with creative on all external documents – e.g. reports, presentations to clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience including but not limited to, executive level administrative support, customer service, project management, event coordination and sales & marketing
  • Knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry a benefit but not required
  • Superior computer skills including a high level of MAC proficiency and various web based software
  • Excellent written, oral and listening communication skills
  • Must demonstrate a strong project and time management skillset, while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to drive tasks to completion with a high sense of urgency
  • Demonstrate ability to forge meaningful interpersonal relationships across internal and external parties while working in a team and collaborative environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
