ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a role in one of Sydney's leading property firms where you will work in their beautiful CBD based head office. You will make up one half of the dual reception where you will work along-side an experienced friendly receptionist on a two-week assignment. With a warm team atmosphere, you will be welcomed and treated as a permanent member of staff.

Your role

This is a role for a receptionist with exceptional customer service skills who is immaculately presented with a vibrant personality. Working in a fast-paced environment with a busy switch and an abundance of visitors, you will enjoy working in a dynamic role, meeting guests, preparing meeting rooms and arranging couriers - this position will suit someone who has experience in a similar role and is available for the duration of the assignment.

Daily activities

• Meet and greet clients and stakeholders
• Manage meeting rooms
• Arrange couriers
• Office procurement
• Stocking kitchens
