We are looking for a HR Manager to run an architecture practice of 50 people.
The role is varied, 85%-90% duties are HR and the rest being management of a small team, keeping accreditations and insurance up to date. Location: Camden (Northern Line) with occasional travel to Manchester or Leeds.
We are looking for candidates available for immediate start ideally but 1 month notice is also acceptable.
Salary 38-48k depending on experience.
-This is a standalone HR role; Acting as first point of contact on all HR related issues, -Overseeing the recruitment process.
-Contracts of employment.
-Developing and initiating inductions for all new staff.
-Initiating and managing annual appraisals.
-Management of staff files, recruitment, references, contract change letters etc.
-Maintenance, issue and monitoring of staff records including holiday, sickness, salary sacrifice and training agreements
-Responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the practice and the welfare, development, and engagement of its employees.
- Reviewing relevant sections of the Business Plan and taking a senior role in proposing appropriate objectives.
