This is a different and interesting role based in fabulous offices near Bond Street (team of 25)  Supporting a hugely successful and UHNW Founder of this unique family offices involved in many areas of business both creative and commercial. The Principal is also an art collector and philanthropist with many wide interests. Your background will be Family Office/CEO level or similar, or supporting an UHNW in all business aspects and all that it entails.  The boss has fingers in many pies and you can be as involved as you want and carry your own projects in time.  Upbeat industries and very diverse so you will be able to switch easily into different industries/content.  The role is wide in remit - from greeting the Principals' guests to running projects and monitoring his in-box flagging up important issues.  Top phone manner and confident upbeat personality as you will be liaising with top individuals in industry.  Dealing with complex travel and detailed itineraries you will make his travel/business plans well thought out and smooth.  Demonstrated cv showing complex travel is essential and an indepth understanding of time zones and international travel requirements at UHNW level.  Well presented and spoken with a degree and wanting to "connect" with your role and give it energy and commitment.  A good level of emotional intelligence is needed and the ability to read situations and get to know how the boss likes to work is key to this role. There will be some Office Management duties also to include budges, expenses and general office maintenance etc  Enthusiastic and interested in your role you will have much to offer.  Integrity and a high level of discretion is also essential.  Top references required.  Lots of support from an amazing friendly team who love working in this family office.  Top role for top EA wanting responsibility and growth in a role.  Excellent package + bonus
