Pay rate: £10 - £12 (Depending on experience)

Our client is a world leading organisation which promotes and offers services to educational institutions across the globe. An organization that promotes the success of teaching organisations such as schools, universities, and teachers.
As a content assistant you will work to support the content production for our client's global summit and manage the day to day administration with the events speakers. You will be highly organised, with ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.


Responsibilities

*Supporting the team with speaker correspondence by drafting invitations, and following up with speakers outlined in the programme, and assisting them through the event planning process.
*Act as the key point of contact for speaker travel and logistics - Organising the travel and logistical arrangements for Summit Speakers, and monitoring financial implications
*Preparing briefing packs (communication regarding everything Speakers need to know in advance of a Summit)
*Managing post-event follow up communications with Summit Speakers
*Building and maintaining speaker database for the World Summit Series
*Other administrative duties assigned by the Content Director including organising meetings, minute taking.

Requirements

*Previous experience in providing administration support
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar and proofreading, with the ability to tailor style and approach to suit a variety of global audience.
*Highly organised with the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively
*Confident and talented self-starter who is able to use their own initiative and hit the ground running
*Ability to work to strict deadlines, working well under pressure
*Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to manage and prioritise workload
*Ability to take initiative, be self-motivating and delivery focused
*MS Office essential - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*An interest in and understanding of international higher education and the factors that affect it would be desirable
