Corporate Receptionist 

Our client, a global law firm based in the City currently has a new opening for a Corporate Receptionist to come on board and join this very busy team of corporate receptionists.

You will be part of a large team providing a five star service at all times to clients internally and externally. The role is busy and demanding, therefore you need to hit the ground running and be comfortable in picking up systems and processes very quickly.  You will be able to keep calm whilst under pressure at all times. You will also enjoy your role as a Corporate Receptionist and take pride in your work. 

Duties will include - meeting and greeting clients and providing an excellent first impression of the company.  Booking meeting rooms and refreshments using the room booking system.  Booking VC equipment and Webex meetings.  Ensuring that all meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times as well as being stocked as per meetings.  Liaising with other departments within the facilities team such as Catering.  Assisting with setting up meeting rooms. 

You will have previous relevant experience within a large corporate organisation.  Excellent communication and customer service skills.  Able to multi-task and prioritise your workload.  A fantastic team player at all times.  Enthusiastic with an upbeat and can do attitude.  Have a flexible working attitude and able to use your initiative.  Help to ensure that the corporate receptionist team are providing a five star service at all times.
