A new exciting temporary Data Production Specialist role has just become available working for a full service corporate stockbrokers. This role will be working within the Production Team running reports out of CRM system interpreting and collating vast amounts of data. You will be working directly alongside the Production Manager between the hours of 08.30am – 17.30pm Monday – Friday based in beautiful, vibrant, busy offices in the City of London just a short walk away from St Paul’s.

The successful individual will be responsible for ensuring client interaction reporting is delivered to clients in a timely and precise manner, while coordinating across internal departments and associates. You will have a strong CRM reposting background and be competent with relaying vast amounts of data in a readable format. You will have advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills as well strong team work ability. Some of the core responsibilities are outlined as follows:

Key Responsibilities:    

  • Running reports out of the CRM system, ensuring the bespoke system is updated and maintained.
  • Recording client interaction accurately, including due dates and sent dates
  • Cross-referencing of client lists and other internal sources of data
  • Coordinating collation of data from UK and US Equities, Corporate, and Fixed Income
  • Preparing data into relevant template for each client’s preferred platform
  • Recording those clients within certain business lines where interaction reporting is not required in one business line, but is required within another line of business
  • Once report approved, uploading/sending to relevant platform/client in their preferred format
  • Collating data in a timely manner and preparing reports to ensure review and approval by sales
  • Arranging printed materials (includes both external and internal printing)
  • Working with business owners when appropriate to resolve issues and answer queries
  • Occasionally liaising with front office and client back office
  • Working independently and being a collaborative team member to create and share your team’s vision on an ongoing basis.

Key skills

 

  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively, working closely with the business while being responsible to internal and external clients
  • Problem solver, and comfortable with some ambiguity and making judgment calls
  • Previous experience of working with Salesforce and or Dynamics strongly preferred
  • Understanding of Equities business and some experience with data reporting
  • Pro-active and an excellent and effective communicator who is comfortable in speaking with senior colleagues to seek explanations and approvals.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
