Governance Administrator - Part time

Salary - up to 25K, great benefits and discounted rail travel up to 75%

A national travel & transport organisation based close to St. Paul's with approximately 200 employees are looking to recruit a bright, Administrator to support the Senior Project Manager of the Governance team. This organisation is a corporate transportation membership body with business members across the UK.

This is a part time Administrator role and hours/days are negotiable.

The Administrator role includes dealing with a range of routine tasks to include but not limited to:

  • Overseeing a range of small projects
  • Organising meetings and the catering for meetings
  • Preparation and distribution of agendas
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Providing admin support to the Projects team.

Skills required:

  • Educated to A Level standard
  • Experience in organising meetings and producing associated documents such as meeting minutes
  • Proficient in use of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally at all levels.
