Receptionist for Professional Institution - Holborn

This professional and regulatory body, with a wonderfully supportive and inclusive culture are looking for a upbeat receptionist to join their team. You will need to be enthusiastic, helpful and have a professional and polished approach. With over 200 visitors per week you will be the front of their London office. Excellent working hours 8:30 - 4:30pm with great benefits package. 

The role will invoice meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, managing a busy switchboard, manage all bookings, meeting rooms and enquires as well as booking any audio visual aids needed for meetings. As part of the wider facilities team you will be expected to have a "muck in" attitude and support the wider team with general administrative tasks such as emails, typing letters, calling contractors or courier services and checking invoices. You will also help to support the Head of Facilities diary and liaise with HR on any new starters and leavers. They also host events 1-2 times per week that you might be asked to assist with. 

The company are also offering advanced training in order to assist you in becoming a qualified door supervisor (SIA) as well as becoming Level 3 British Industry of Facilities Management (BIFM). They also host an annual staff meeting in Edinburgh so you can get to know the wider team. There is also an OPS meeting 1-2 times per year where you will be taken to a London Hotel to stay over and have dinner as part of their team building experiences. 

To be a successful applicant you must be professional and polished with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a helpful attitude with a big smile. 1-2 years professional experience and some exposure to reception work is preferable. They are looking for someone who is keen to settle and grow in a lovely role with opportunity.
