Our client are a Market Research company based in the West End. They are looking for a Facilities Assistant on a temporary basis. This is to start immediately. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and route all incoming phone calls and general faxes.
  • Greet and direct all visitors in a professional manner.
  • Open and close the front-desk switchboard and reception area daily.
  • Maintain a neat, organized lobby, client kitchen, and client conference rooms.
  • Maintain the mail room and office supplies.
  • Maintain inventory and issue of temporary security cards.
  • Perform daily post and courier requirements.
  • Perform various corporate services team tasks and provide back up to the Senior Office Coordinator.

Requirements:

  • Must be available immediately as this role is to start ASAP
  • Someone who is organized, dependable, reliable and punctual
  • The ability to react quickly and intelligently in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to meet a structured schedule.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Previous work experience in a corporate setting
