Case Reviewer – Financial Regulation (City of London)

Our client, a ‘Big Four’ Financial Services Consultancy, is seeking a Case Reviewer to join the project.

This is a high profile financial regulation project focused on managing policy and risk, relating to consumer focused issues.

The purpose of the role is to ensure cases which have been assessed by the investigations team, have followed due process and adhere to regulatory guidelines.

This is a fast paced role, with the opportunity to enhance your knowledge of best business practice and financial regulation.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure all quality checks have been completed for customer cases.
• Review all case evidence to ensure accuracy of information gathered.
• Undertake reconciliation of compensation calculations.
• Resolve discrepancies and escalate, as appropriate.
• Liaise with Senior Management.
• Produce reports and statistics.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree, from any discipline.
• Previous administration experience.
• Experience within Financial Services, or similar.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
• Highly organised with good time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

This role is a full time contract position, until December 2018 (with scope for extension), based in the City of London. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 14:00-00:00.

This role is immediate start.
